HANNAH GROVE (she/they) is a contemporary performance artist from the United States currently residing in Montréal, Québec. Hannah graduated from L’Ecole Nationale de Cirque with a main focus in tightwire and a minor focus in general acrobatics. As a versatile artist, she has experience performing many other disciplines including acro dance, group acrobatics, contortion ladder, hula hoop, contemporary dance, and theater. In her co-founded creative duo, Primary Witness, she also directs, performs, and produces her own work. She is highly inspired by claymation, 70’s experimental music, the way scaly animals move, avant-garde fashion, and an extreme appreciation for the limitations of the body.
